Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Alise Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved especially for you.

As a small, appointment-based clinic, late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling and missed appointments have a significant impact on our practitioners and prevent other clients from accessing those appointment times.

To protect our team’s time while continuing to provide the personalised standard of care we pride ourselves on, the following policy applies from 7 November 2026.

$100 Booking Deposit

All clients are required to have a $100 booking deposit on their account to secure an appointment.

Your booking deposit is not an additional treatment fee. It remains as credit on your client account and continues to secure your future appointments, provided our cancellation policy is followed.

You do not need to pay a new deposit for every appointment unless your existing deposit has been forfeited under the terms below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice.

If you:

  • cancel within 48 hours of your appointment;

  • reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment; or

  • do not attend your appointment,

your $100 booking deposit will be forfeited.

A new $100 booking deposit will then be required before another appointment can be secured.

Appointment Reminders

To help you manage your booking, we send appointment reminders approximately 4 days and 3 days prior to your appointment, allowing time to make any necessary changes before entering the 48-hour cancellation period.

Our reminders are provided as a courtesy. It remains the client’s responsibility to remember and manage their appointment.

Late Arrivals

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrivals of 15min or more will result in a cancellation. If there is insufficient time to safely or appropriately complete your treatment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Where a late arrival means your appointment can no longer proceed, this may be treated as a late cancellation and your booking deposit may be forfeited.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the clinic’s discretion on a case-by-case basis. We simply ask that you contact us as soon as possible.

Agreement to Our Booking Policy

By booking an appointment with Alise Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to our Booking & Cancellation Policy, including our $100 booking deposit and 48-hour cancellation requirements.

Our policy is not intended to penalise our clients. It allows us to protect the time of our practitioners, offer available appointments to clients who may be waiting, and continue providing the personalised level of care AAWC is known for.

Thank you for respecting our time and for continuing to support our local clinic as we grow. 🤍
